Payment Options

We offer three payment options (including a no interest, monthly payment plan) designed to accommodate different budgets. Cost of treatment is based on severity of the patient’s problem, as well as the quality of care patients receive in our office. This will also be discussed at this initial visit after the consultation prior to initiating any treatment, thus making the most of the valuable time you have set aside to meet with us. Dr. Dominique Backus has set aside ninety minutes for your visit with NO FEE for this initial examination and consultation. Please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule this important visit so that we may continue to offer this as a COURTESY visit.
